	Mr. Liu Xiaojiang, Deputy Director-general, was born in Leting County of Hebei province in June 1964. He started to work in July 1985 with a master’s degree and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1994. At present, he takes the office of deputy director-general of the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Shandong Province. Prior to this, he took a succession of office such as teacher of the college of education of Shengli Oil Field, section member of Dongying Governmental Foreign Affaires Office、deputy section chief、section chief, section chief of NO.3 check office of Dongying Oil District Office、office director of Dongying Oil District Office, deputy office director of Dongying Governmental Foreign Affaires Office, director general of Dongying Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and secretary of leading Party members’ group.
