And he started to work in September 1974 with an educational background of university level.At present,he assumes the office of the deputy director-general of the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Shandong Province. Prior to this, he took a succession of office such as office clerk of the Financial and Taxation Bureau of Pingdu County, salesman of Shandong Machinery Import and Export Corporation, office vice-director and director of Shandong Foreign Trade Bureau, office director of Shandong Foreign Economic and Trade Commission, Chief Representative of resident representative office of the Provincial Government of Shandong, director of the financial and planning division of Shandong Foreign Economic and Trade Commission.
