6. Foreign Exchange Administration
Enterprises, within 30 days upon obtaining the “Business License
for the Legal Person of an Enterprise of the People's Republic of
China”, shall apply for foreign exchange registration in local foreign
exchange administration bureau. Materials to be submitted to the
foreign exchange bureau include: 1) documents and certificates issued
by authority for the approval and establishment of the enterprise;
2) original copy of “Business Licenses for the Legal Person of an
Enterprise of the People's Republic of China” issued by the State
Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce and its duplicates;
3) approved and effective contracts and articles of association
of the enterprise; 4) other documents required by the foreign exchange
administration bureau. Upon obtaining the foreign exchange registration
certificate, enterprise may open a foreign exchange account in the
bank with the registration certificate and account-opening notice.
